It has been foggy and raining here like crazy. I just don't understand people driving around without lights on when there is so little visibility. The assistant and I were in the car one such day and she said they just don't know that it is the law. (In Florida, headlights are required to be on from sunset to sunrise, in conditions of insufficient light/adverse weather such as rain, smoke, fog.) At that moment, I pointed to a vehicle behind a sheriff's car and said something about no lights and then noted that the sheriff's vehicle did not have lights on.
Ugh! Frustrates me!
